Weather was bad when we first woke up Friday morning. So we were gonna just visit a museum or something. But it suddenly opened up when we finished brunch, so we rushed over to Tidal Basin, the lake-ish thing south to White House. But then it started raining again on our way while it took us a while to find parking. Luckily, it all stopped once we had our car parked and never rain again!
