Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility For over thirty-five years the Interfaith Center on Corporate Responsibility ( ICCR ) has been a leader of the Corporate Social Responsibility movement. ICCR is an association of 275 faith- based institutional investors who advocate for corporate social responsibility, file shareholder resolutions and engage in dialogue with corporate management on issues related to people , places , and policy such as; Global Warming, Human Rights, Corporate Governance, Food Safety and Security, Environmental Justice, Human Trafficking, Violent Video Games and Predatory Lending. ICCR has also created a team of Advocates. Advocates are individuals who support the work of ICCR by joining our grass roots efforts (such as web and email campaigns), keep up to date on issues concerning corporate social responsibility and help spread the work of ICCR through their networks and affiliations. ICCR ’s approach to tackling issues through both shareholder advocacy and grassroots efforts is truly unique and allows all who are interested to be involved in this work. Americans for Informed Democracy Americans for Informed Democracy (AID) empowers and equips young people in the United States to address global issues — poverty, health, climate change, peace and security —through awareness raising and actions that promote just and sustainable solutions on their campuses, in their communities, and nationally. The ultimate benefit of this initiative is to provide hope, healing, ongoing support and the alleviation of poverty to an extremely traumatized and greatly underserved population. Responsible Endowments Coalition The Responsible Endowments Coalition (REC) works to build and unify the college and university-based responsible investment movement, both by educating and empowering a diverse network of individuals to act on their campuses, and by fostering a national network for collective action. We empower young people to defend human rights and the environment while making both corporations and universities accountable to global stakeholders. Our goal is to foster social and environmental change by making responsible investment common practice amongst colleges and universities, and to support the next generation of activists with a new and powerful toolkit. Center for Inquiry The mission of the Center for Inquiry is to foster a secular society based on science, reason, freedom of inquiry, and humanist values.
