It is the final Travel Tuesday of 2009 on Twitter this week. And what a year it has been!

Sosauce is still a baby compared to other travel networks, but boy have we seen change and growth for the better since we launched our Travel Geeks community in November of last year. Without a doubt, we can say that Twitter has been the driving force behind the many friendships we’ve gained in the last year. Thanks to a welcoming group of travel friends, Sosauce has a place to chat about the saucy side of travel as well as engage in meaningful interactions with fellow travelers.

So this Travel Tuesday, we would like to thank all of you who follow us daily on the Twitterverse. Thanks for the retweets, the warm regards, the funny messages, the hashtag lingo, the valuable links and information, the shared complaints, and the always entertaining conversations. It is because of you we continue to play a role in the new media of travel.
