In the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day, I had to indulge and show one of my own photos, the pouring of the perfect pint of Guinness in Dublin. This truly is an art, made up of the glass, the angle, the pour, the head, and the top-off. You can read Brewmaster Fergal Murray’s detailed account of what the perfect pint entails. Though the Guinness here in America doesn’t come close to Ireland, as they say, “it just doesn’t travel well,” let’s raise a glass and celebrate the ol’ Irish!
