Seasonal Pinch

Summer felt like just a pinch this year.

As soon as it started, it ended.

Already leaves are falling, colors are changing, and the breeze is cooling.

Feeling in need of forest, I made it to Ramapo Mountain Reservation in Mahwah, New Jersey.

It’s about an hour away from NYC with no entrance fee and plenty of trails.

It is evident that fall is already before us!

Last week I was sunbathing on a beach in sunny Southern California and now here I am among autumn leaves!
