Celebrating Fall Foliage

Mother Nature has made her presence fully known this season. I was barely able to say goodbye to summer when autumn arrived with a fierce attitude as September hit.

Now that we can all finally admit that fall is here and we (or maybe some of us warm-weather lovers) begrudgingly throw on our layers, I feel it is time to embrace the new weather.

October here in New York has been full of bright sunshine, sporadic rains, brisk winds, and chilled breaths. But as a resident of upstate, New York, it is fall foliage that remains at the top of my “must see” wish list this autumn. Daily train rides along the Hudson River remind me to appreciate the beautiful change of colors in nature all around me. I am not alone in embracing the varied-hues leaves ruffling on the ground, Sosauce is full of great photos depicting fall foliage, so I thought I would share some of my favorites with you all.

These photos (and the photographers too) have inspired me to spend sometime outside in hopes of capturing similar stunning shots of fall foliage. I encourage you all to do the same. Enjoy!
